	HANMAT is a regional non-governmental organization that assists in the development of evidence-based antimalarial treatment policy for the member countries in order to provide effective malaria treatment to reduce malaria morbidity and mortality.
		Response to antimalarial drugs is tested in the field by assessing response of malaria cases to specific drugs.
